Tim Jennette has 23 years of experience in banking and finance with
over 14 of those years being in the Metro Atlanta area. He has financed over $200 million
worth of commercial real estate transactions in the Southeast which includes Apartments,
Retail, Office, Industrial, Hotels, Mini-storage, Churches and commercial land development.
He has worked for banks such as Barclay’s, Bank One, SouthTrust and Colonial, to name a few,
and has a wide network of bankers to call upon to help you find the best home for your lending
and banking needs.
Because of his extensive banking background, Tim can structure your
loan request in a way that will be most attractive to the lender while using his financial creativity
to help you get a loan that works best for you.
Tim lives is Johns Creek, Georgia with his wife
Tracy and their four children Natalie, Libby, Brock and Blake. Active in his community, Tim is a member
of Johns Creek United Methodist Church Chancel Choir. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the City
of Johns Creek Planning Commission and is a former Board member of both the Greater North Fulton Chamber
of Commerce (GNFCC) and the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce. In his role with the GNFCC he served as their
first ever Chairman of the Johns Creek Area Council.
He is a member of the Republican National Committee,
the North Fulton County Republican Party and a 2009 Scholar at the Coverdale Leadership Institute.
He is a
Charter Member of the Johns Creek Kiwanis Club and currently a member of the Johns Creek Rotary Club. In his spare
time, Tim enjoys running, traveling and is an Atlanta Falcons season ticket holder.
