The "Everything $ Amount" is all your closing costs, underwriting, lender fees and attorney fees. It is NOT your escrow account, taxes and insurance. The "Everything %" is the percentage of closing costs compared to your Loan Amount. The lower this percentage is, the easier it is to "Lender Pay" your closing costs for you.
